C4ISR systems are system of systems capable of uniting a multitude of sensors, data links and fusion capability to provide leaders and their staffs with an optimal view into a surveillance volume. C4ISR systems are used not only by military forces but also by domestic agencies with responsibilities to monitor national boundaries and internal spaces.

An optimised C4ISR system effectively compresses the information gap from hours to minutes. The ING Engineering team is expert at all aspects of the C4ISR problem. We bring to bear full knowledge of the systems employed in information management, tasking, collecting, processing, exploiting, and disseminating tactical target data.

ISR information encompasses the full spectrum from information gleaned from Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) to Information Operations (IO).

ING Engineering is a leader in applying the Capability Engineering process to transform client envisioned Capability in C4ISR into a rigorous, realisable system model with quantifiable performance and cost so that the end-state can be visualized and agreed upon by senior leadership well in advance of implementation.

To accomplish this end, the ING Engineering Team is skilled at applying the DoD Architecture Framework to create executable architectures using leading edge tools such as CORETM and OPNETTM to clearly show the behaviour of the desired C4ISR system - well in advance of implementation.
